College Products will hold specific return dates and times for students to return their order. If the rental product is not returned during these times, College Products will charge an improper checkout fee. If the rental product is supposed to be picked up from the student’s room and the product is not in the room number on your order the improper checkout fee will be charged. (To avoid this fee when you change rooms, you must inform us of the new room number at minimum 7 days before collection)

or call 712-226-3250. We need this information to deliver your products before move-in day.
It is important that you use an email in the STUDENT EMAIL field that will be checked throughout the year for special offers, and return details.
MOVE IN DAY DISTRIBUTION
We will be on campus to distribute orders placed on July 25th or later at Central West At NSO or College Hill NSO. If you have any questions or need assistance while we are on campus, we will be glad to help.

For December rental returns only. Our local campus manager will contact you to arrange to return your rental.
If you ordered for the academic year and need to return your rental, please call our office 712-226-3250 so we can add you to our collection list. (early termination fee may apply)
Once you have called, we will let our campus manager know and he will contact you and make arrangements to return your rental.
