Adding a shelf to your loft gives you a place to put items while you are in bed.  Without a shelf you will need to toss items down to the couch or floor below.  Student's who have rented a shelf use it for:

Eye Glasses • Cell Phone • TV Remote • Fan • Alarm Clock • Drink • Books or Magazines

  • Easily attaches to either the safety rail or any of the 4 corners of the loft (varies by institution).

When you get your student information please send it to cs@collegeproducts.com or call 712-226-3250. We need this information to deliver your products before move-in day.

It is important that you use an email in the STUDENT EMAIL field that will be checked throughout the year for special offers, and return details.

    We will be on campus to distribute orders placed on August 1st or later. If you have any questions or need assistance while we are on campus, we will be glad to help.

RETURN INFORMATION

All units will be picked up from your room after you have left campus.

  • • Before leaving campus
  • • Unplug Microchill unit to allow it to defrost
  • • Make sure all items are removed and clean with soap and water
  • • Empty and clean the drip tray ( small bowl located on the back of the unit on top of the compressor)
  • • Make sure unit is completely dry and leave doors open.
  • • If you have a microwave that is dirty you can put a cup of water inside and cook it for one minute to help loosen up food that may be stuck to the inside of the microwave. (caution water will be hot)

    All lofts will be collected from your room after you have left campus.

  • • If you do not have disassembly on your order, please disassemble the loft before you leave

DECEMBER RETURN INFORMATION

For December rental returns only. Our local campus manager will contact you to arrange to return your rental.

If you ordered for the academic year and need to return your rental, please call our office 712-226-3250 so we can add you to our collection list. (early termination fee may apply)

Once you have called, we will let our campus manager know and he will contact you and make arrangements to return your rental.
