Rental - Rent a Microchill combination appliance and leave the heavy lifting to us. Our appliances are built with students in mind. With our ultra queit design, they'll sleep in peace.
Delivery -If you order before August 1st we'lldeliver your rental to your room before the general move in date, so it is ready for you when you get to campus. Late orders will need to be picked up at our distribution location. (Distribution locations and times will be posted below)
Services - If you have a question or need service you can call us at 712-226-3250 and if the appliance needs service we will deliver a replacement for free.
Return -We’lleven pick up the rental from your room at the end of the year. If you did not purchase cleaning, you will need to clean the rental prior to pick up. If you don’t want to clean your rental,it’snot too late. Click on services, scroll to cleaning, and add to cart.

It is important that you use an email in the STUDENT EMAIL field that will be checked throughout the year for special offers, and return details.
MOVE IN DAY DISTRIBUTION
We will be on campus to distribute orders placed on August 1st or later. If you have any questions or need assistance while we are on campus, we will be glad to help.
All units will be picked up from your room after you have left campus.
• Before leaving campus
• Unplug Microchill unit to allow it to defrost
• Make sure all items are removed and clean with soap and water
• Empty and clean the drip tray ( small bowl located on the back of the unit on top of the compressor)
• Make sure unit is completely dry and leave doors open.
• If you have a microwave that is dirty you can put a cup of water inside and cook it for one minute to help loosen up food that may be stuck to the inside of the microwave. (caution water will be hot)
For December rental returns only. Our local campus manager will contact you to arrange to return your rental.
If you ordered for the academic year and need to return your rental, please call our office 712-226-3250 so we can add you to our collection list. (early termination fee may apply)
Once you have called, we will let our campus manager know and he will contact you and make arrangements to return your rental.
