It is important that you use an email in the STUDENT EMAIL field that will be checked throughout the year for special offers, and return details.
MOVE IN DAY DISTRIBUTION
We will provide move-in day support on orders placed on August 1st or later. If you have any questions or need assistance, we will be glad to help.
All units will be picked up from your room after you have left campus.
• Before leaving campus
• Unplug Microchill unit to allow it to defrost
• Make sure all items are removed and clean with soap and water
• Empty and clean the drip tray ( small bowl located on the back of the unit on top of the compressor)
• Make sure unit is completely dry and leave doors open.
• If you have a microwave that is dirty you can put a cup of water inside and cook it for one minute to help loosen up food that may be stuck to the inside of the microwave. (caution water will be hot)
For December rental returns only. Our local campus manager will contact you to arrange to return your rental.
If you ordered for the academic year and need to return your rental, please call our office 712-226-3250 so we can add you to our collection list. (early termination fee may apply)
Once you have called, we will let our campus manager know and he will contact you and make arrangements to return your rental.
