Is there any cost to the university?
No. The program is entirely student funded. There is no capital outlay or budget impact, and your university receives a revenue share.
Who handles delivery, setup and pickup?
We do. Our team sets up units before move-in, handles service requests during the year and picks everything up when the year ends.
What does our staff need to do?
Very little. Most partners share the ordering link with students and families and confirm delivery dates with us. We handle the rest.
How far ahead should we start planning?
The earlier the better. A few months before move-in gives us time to build your ordering page and reach students before they shop elsewhere.
