Adding a shelf to your loft gives you a place to put items while you are in bed. Without a shelf you will need to toss items down to the couch or floor below. Student's who have rented a shelf use it for:

- Easily attaches to either the safety rail or any of the 4 corners of the loft (varies by institution).

Loft - Ladder$25.00The side ladder provides an accessible option to get in and out of your loft. Students have reported it being much easier to climb the slightly inclined side ladder compared to the standard 90 degree ladder legs that come with the loft or loft kit.
The side ladder easily attaches on to the frame of the bed.

Microchill Cleaning$30.00When your lease is up, we’ll clean the rental unit for you. Make sure to take your personal items out, unplug the rental unit and we will clean it! With this service you never have to worry about cleaning or paying an improper cleaning fee.

Relocation$50.00If you’re moving to a different room on campus and don’t want to the burden of moving your rental, College Products can relocate your rental products for you.
Enter the hall and room number where the unit is located now and on the Checkout page enter where we are moving the unit to. Call us at 712-226-3250, so we can make arrangements to relocate your item.

Transfer$15.00Transfer form MUST be filled out by the person taking over the unit.
In order to verify the transfer, we need the students name as it appears on the original order. ( this is the name of the person that is transferring the unit to you) Please enter below.

Transferring your rented loft or refrigerator to your roommate or neighbor is a wonderful choice if you decide you don’t need/want to use the products anymore. Since there is no refund after the first 30 days the product is in your possession, …someone else might as well use it! That is why we allow students to transfer their rental products to another student for a $10.00 processing fee, to be paid for by the receiving student. That’s right, no cancellation fees involved. We simply need the original renter to tell us to whom they want to transfer the product and then have the new person fill out the transfer form online. It’s that simple. It literally takes less than 5 minutes to complete the whole process.

Early Termination Fee$50.00By paying this Early Termination Fee, you acknowledge that you are breaking your rental contract before the end of your agreement. For further information about returning your product, call us at 712-226-3250, 48 to 72 hours before you move.

Improper Return Fee$50.00College Products will hold specific return dates and times for students to return their order. If the rental product is not returned during these times, College Products will charge an improper checkout fee. If the rental product is supposed to be picked up from the student’s room and the product is not in the room number on your order the improper checkout fee will be charged. (To avoid this fee when you change rooms, you must inform us of the new room number at minimum 7 days before collection)

Cleaning Fee$50.00Microchill units that are not clean and/or dry will be charged a cleaning fee upon collection.
