Services Included:  

Rental - Rent a Loft Kit and Maximize the Space in Your Room. Each loft adds 20 sq ft of floor space to your room. That's enough room for a full size couch!

Delivery - If you order before August 1st. we'll deliver & assemble your loft in your room before the general move in date. If you order on August 1st or later it will be delivered after the general move in date. 

Services - If you have a question or need service you can call us at 712-226-3250.

Return - We’ll even disassemble & pick up  the rental from your room at the end of the year. 

Rentable Halls - Alpha Delta House, Alpha Gamma Delta House, Alpha Omicron Pi House, Azalea Hall (New Hall),Beta 1, Beta 2, Beta 3, Beta 4, Beta 5, Cameilla Hall, Chi Omega House, Delta 3, Delta 4, Delta 5, Delta 6, Epsilon 1, Epsilon 2, Gamma 5, Gamma 6, Gamma 7, Gamma 8, Gamma 9, Kappa Alpha House, Phi Mu House, Pi Kappa Alpha House, Pi Kappa Phi House, Sigma Alpha Epsilon House, & Stokes Hall.

College Product loft will NOT work in the following Hall / rooms: Gamma (0 -4), Delta room (101, 142, 201 & 242) & Sigma Chi House
