In the 27 years that we have worked with colleges and universities, we’ve learned that move-in days are hard on everyone. That’s why we offer our white glove delivery. You never have to touch one of our products. We’re in and out before move-in day to reduce your stress and we even show up again on move- in day to help anyone who didn’t order their loft or MicroChill combination unit and still wants one.

We Take Pride In Our Customer Service
We take pride in the service we provide our customers. We only send experienced College Products employees to your campus to facilitate product deliveries and collections. These employees are also there to answer any questions you may have throughout the process and if they don’t see you, they may check in to say hi and see if there is anything else we can do.
With a rental or lease program, we will provide a student on-campus manager to take care of any service or replacement that is requested. We believe it is important that we provide these jobs to students on campus to help provide job opportunities that fit their busy schedules. We also provide live customer support for any questions that you or your students may have.
