Add a Shelf

Adding a shelf to your loft gives you a place to put items while you are in bed.  Without a shelf you will need to toss items down to the couch or floor below.  Student's who have rented a shelf use it for:

Eye Glasses • Cell Phone • TV Remote • Fan • Alarm Clock • Drink • Books or Magazines

The side ladder provides an accessible option to get in and out of your loft.  Students have reported it being much easier to climb the slightly inclined side ladder compared to the standard 90 degree ladder legs that come with the loft or loft kit. 

The side ladder easily attaches on to the frame of the bed.

When your lease is up, we’ll clean the rental unit for you. Make sure to take your personal items out, unplug the rental unit and we will clean it! With this service you never have to worry about cleaning or paying an improper cleaning fee.

This damage insurance covers your MicroChill unit from anything that could happen to the unit for the entire rental period. That is why we offer you peace of mind when you choose to add insurance onto a Microchill rental.  Insurance covers reasonable damage like a broken microwave plates, shelves, lost crisper drawers, and repairable damage above normal wear and tear such as dents/scratches. It also covers Early Termination Fee of $50 up to April 1st if student would need to return Microchill before the end of rental contract 

Your credit card won't be charged for any damage that occurs. It is important that you understand there will be many young adults traveling in and out of your son/daughter's room throughout the year. Most of the damage that occurs is the result of someone else and not your son/daughter. For this reason, we strongly suggest that you protect yourself from any potential liability. The replacement cost of this unit are stated in the terms and conditions when placing an order. 

Transfer form MUST be filled out by the person taking over the unit. 

In order to verify the transfer, we need the students name as it appears on the original order. ( this is the name of the person that is transferring the unit to you) Please enter below.

Transferring your rented loft or refrigerator to your roommate or neighbor is a wonderful choice if you decide you don’t need/want to use the products anymore.  Since there is no refund after the first 30 days the product is in your possession, …someone else might as well use it!  That is why we allow students to transfer their rental products to another student for a $10.00 processing fee, to be paid for by the receiving student.  That’s right, no cancellation fees involved.  We simply need the original renter to tell us to whom they want to transfer the product and then have the new person fill out the transfer form online.  It’s that simple.  It literally takes less than 5 minutes to complete the whole process.

By paying this Early Termination Fee, you acknowledge that you are breaking your rental contract before the end of your agreement. For further information about returning your product, call us at 712-226-3250, 48 to 72 hours before you move.
